RETURN POLICY

We would like to make your returns as easy as possible. You can exchange or return any product (full order or part of it) within 7 days from the date of receiving the product by contacting us at t1sports.india@gmail.com or giving us a call at 8130654533.

Please note that the customer will bear the shipping cost to return the product if Tier One Sports India is not at fault. Wherever the company is at fault (damaged goods or incorrect product), shipping costs are borne by the company. Shipping costs and refunds are credited to the customer to their original mode of payment within 7 days of the order being received by us.

Please understand that returns will only be accepted if the product is returned undamaged and doesn't show use of the product. If the product is damaged in transit from the customer to our warehouse, it will NOT be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is properly packed.

In the case of Tennis sets and Tennis reels, if the packaging is opened even slightly, the product will be deemed unreturnable, and the customers will have to pay for the shipping back to them.
